HomeMy WebLinkAboutL_NOA_Publication_LUA21-000282CITY OF RENTON NOTICE OF APPLICATION RENTON, WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Notice is hereby given that the City of Renton has accepted the following proposal for review: D-200 - Compliance with E2SHB 1220 LUA21-000282, ECF Location: Citywide. The City of Renton is proposing zoning and regulations for permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, and indoor emergency shelters to gain compliance with E2SHB 1220. Permanent supportive and transitional housing will be allowed in every zone. Emergency housing and shelters will be allowed in a majority of zones within 1 mile of transit service. Reasonable occupancy, spacing, and intensity of use requirements are also proposed. Comments of the proposal must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on August 23, 2021. Comments of the proposal must be submitted in writing to Paul Hintz, Senior Planner CED, Planning Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057 or at phintz@rentonwa.gov. If you have questions about this proposal or wish to be made a party of record and receive additional notification by mail, contact phinz@rentonwa.gov.
