SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice

Dear Ms. Montalvo:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on June 28, 2021.
During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed further.
The following will need to be corrected and submitted before November 9, 2021 so that we may continue the
review of the above subject application:
1. You have indicated that the property owners will be requesting a construction/maintenance easement
from King County for the future construction/maintenance of the proposed residence where it abuts the
neighboring King County Parks property. Please submit an agreement from King County that they would
be willing to provide this easement for construction/maintenance of the proposed residence.
At this time, the review of your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information.
