No separation needed. The only way they can do 16-foot driveway is if they fire sprinkler the house in the back, so if
they agree to that, so will we.

Hi Corey,
There is a retaining wall proposed in this short plat that abuts the shared driveway. Do you need any separation
between the pavement in the access tract and the retaining wall? Would they be able to do a 16’ wide driveway?
