For 7/1, need to return. The device for fire keeps alarming. The customer called the fire vendor & they said we need to return to look at the
device & see why it's alarming. * For 6/30, 6am. Customer called and they have 2 backflow devices that they just installed on the fireline, so the
city is requiring that they get tested/certified. One is 8" and the other is 1" - both are located in the vault. The vault is full a water so please call
Rick 360.550.5437 to schedule this and give him a heads up of when you will be there so he can pump out the water. Plumber to enter tests in

Tech: Aaron J Colts, Date: 6/30/21 - Picked up confined space equipment at shop. Arrived at job. Had Mazda personnel put fire system on test. Tested air
in vault to ensure it is safe to enter. Tested Double Check Valve Assembly, Wilkins, model 350DA, serial # 16525, 6" that supplies water to fire protection.
Assembly passed. Tested Double Check Valve Assembly, Wilkins, model 950XLD, serial # HC30844, 3/4" that supplies water to fire protection. Second
check failed. Took apart second check, cleaned, and retested. Assembly passed. Returned confined space equipment to shop.
Tech: Aaron J Colts, Date: 6/30/21 - Filled out backflow preventer test reports for the city of Renton.
Tech: Aaron J Colts, Date: 7/1/21 - Arrived back on job and gained access to room where fire panel is located. Panel shows supervisory alarm. Adjusted
tamper switches to backflow assembly on fire protection and cleared fault. Panel shows normal operation at this time.
