The Grantor,for and in consideration of mutual benefits, does by these presents,grant, unto the Citv of Renton,
a Municipal Cor�oration,Grantee herein, its successors and assigns, permission to use for pub(ic purposes with
necessary appurtenances over,under,through, across and upon the following described real estate, for Right-of-
Way purposes,situated in the County of King, State of Washington:

A temporary construction easement over a portion the Nartheast Quarter of Section 19,'I'ownship 23
North, Range 5 East, W.M., in the City of Renton, King County, Washington.
(Please see Exhibit"A" for complete legal description.)
For the purpose of constructing the planned project improvements associated with the One Kenton Place
Temporary Stormwater Pipe Repair project.
The Grantor agrees to reimburse the Grantee one-half of the total cost for the repair work, including costs for
workers,equipment,and materials,up to a maximum of$5000 for the Grantor's half of the total cost.
The Grantee will provide continuous access to the remaining portion of the site throughouY construction. The
Grantee shall, upon completion of any work within the property covered by the agreement,restore the surface of
any real property,and any private improvements disturbed or destroyed during execution of the work, as neariy
as practicable to the condition they were in immediately before commencement of the work or entry by the
Grantee except where modified by the project plans and specifications. Grantee further agrees to defend,
indemnify, and hold harmless Grantor for any and al) liability to third parties arising out of or relating to
execution of the work.
This permit shall become effective upora,execution by the Grantor from date hereof,and shall continue for
2 vears thereafter.

A temporary construction easement over a portion of a parcel of land more
particularly described as follows:
That portion of the northeast quarter of Section 19, Township 23
North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County, Washington, and Blocks 11
and 12, C. D. Hillman's Earlington Gardens Addition to the City of
Seattle, Division No_ 1, according to the plat tr�reof recorded in
Volume 17 of Plats, page 74, in King County, Washington, and of
vacated streets and alleys attached thereto, and Lots 1 through 12,
Block 5, Renton View, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 33 of Plats, page 25, in King County, Washington, and of
vacated streets and alleys attached thereto, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of said
northeast quarter of Section 19;
