The regular meeting of the Firefighters' Pension Board was called to order by Mayor Denis Law
at 2:00 p.m. in the Mayor's office, 7th floor of Renton City Hall. In attendance were Board
members Mayor Denis Law, Finance Committee Representative Don Persson, City Clerk Jason
Seth, Fire Department Representative Ray Barilleaux, Fire Department Representative Bruce
Phillips, and Finance Department Representative Jill Masunaga.

MOVED BY BARILLEAUX, SECONDED BY PHILLIPS,THE PENSION BOARD APPROVE THE MINUTES
OF THE NOVEMBER 28, 2016 MEETING. CARRIED.
MONTHLY STATEMENT
The November 30 and draft December 31, 2016 financial reports were reviewed.Total
cash/investment balance was, as of December 31, 2016, $5,578,470.40.
MONTHLY BILLS AND PENSION PAYMENTS
MOVED BY PHILLIPS, SECONDED BY BARILLEAUX,THE BOARD APPROVE THE PENSION/MEDICAL
PAYMENTS OF$18,135.27 FOR DECEMBER 2016 AND$20,669.28 FOR JANUARY 2017,TO BE
PAID BYTHE FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION FUND. CARRIED.

Ray Barilleaux was re-elected to serve as a Fire Department Representative for the term
1/1/2017 through 12/31/2018.
