other valuable Consideration, do by these presents,grant,unto the Citv of Renton,a Municipal Corooration,
Grantee herein, its successors and assigns,under the imminent threat of Grantee's exercise of its rights of
Eminent domain, a permanent slope easement for public purposes. This Slope Easement will allow the City or
its Contractor to remove the existing rock wall and a portion of slope,and to construct storm water detention
vaults,for Right-of-Way purposes,situated in the County of King, State of Washington:
Beginning at a point 44.67 feet left of and perpendicular to the centerline of Duvall Avenue Northeast
at A station 179+41.67,per DUVALL AVENUE NE/COAL CREEK PARKWAY SE
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT RIGHT-0E-WAY PLANS-CITY OF RENTON dated October Sth
2005,and revised on December 23rd 2006,records of the City of Renton under file number TED 40-
2952,said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence north 17°19'S7" east 12.44 feet.
Thence north 04°55'30" east 12.08 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve having a radius of 25.00 feet
and whose center bears north 85°04'30"west.
Thence northeasterly along said curve 40.59 feet through a central angle of 93°02'00".Thence north
88°06'30"west 90.56 t'eet. EXCISE TAX NOT REQUIRED

As shown on the attached e�ibit map,for the purpose of constructing the planned project improvements
associated with the Duvall Avenue NE/Coal Creek Parkway SE Reconstruction Project.
The Grantee will provide continuous access to the remaining portion of the site throughout construction. The
Grantee shall,upon completion of any work within the property covered by the agreement,restore the surface of
the agreement, and any private improvements distwbed ar destroyed during execution of the wark,as nearly as
practicable to the condition they were in immediately before commencement of the work ar entry by the Grantee
except where modified by the project plans and specifications.
