The Grantor,far and in consideration of mutual benefits,does by these presents,grant,unto the Citv of Renton,
a Municipal Corporation,Grantee herein,its successors and assigns,permission to use for public purposes with
necessary appurtenances over,under,through,across and upon the following described real estate,far Right-of-
Way purposes, situated in the County of King, State of Washington:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A temporary construction easement over the West 10 feet of the East 60 feet of the South 18 feet of
the North 98 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 10,Township 23 North,Range 5 East, W.M. in the City of Renton,King County,
Washington.
For the purpose of constructing the planned project improvements associated with the Duvall Ave NE Storm
System Repair Project.
1.The Grantee shall not store soil or material on the easement or property,and shall not block the driveway.
2.The Grantee shall not block the business sign,and shall be responsible for any damages to it.
The Grantee will provide continuous access to the remaining portion of the site throughout construction. The
Grantee shall,upon completion of any work within the property covered by the agreement,restore the surface of
the agreement,and any private improvements disturbed or destroyed during execution of the work,as nearly as
practicable to the condition the}�were in immedia+_ely befoi•e comriencement of the werk or Pnt�y by the Grantee
except where modified by the project plans and specifications.
This permit shall become effective upon execution by the Grantor from date hereof,and shali continue for one
(1)year.
