The Grantor,far and in consideration of mutual benefits,does by these presents,grant,unto the City of
Renton, a Munici�al Corporation,Grantee herein, its successors and assigns,permission to use for public
purposes with necessary appurtenances over,under,through, across and upon the following described real
estate,for Right-of-Way purposes,situated in the County of King, State of Washington:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18,
Township 23 North, Range 5 E, W.M., in the City of Renton, King County, Washington.
(Please see E�ibit"A"for complete legal description.)
For the purpose of constructing the planned project improvements associated with the Lake Ave S/Rainier
Ave S Storm System Project.
The Grantee will provide continuous access to the remaining portion of the site throughout construction. The
Grantee shall,upon completion of any wark within the property covered by the agreement,restore the surface
of the agreement,and any private improvements disturbed or destroyed during execution of the work, as
nearly as practicable to the condition they were in immediately before commencement of the work or entry by
the Grantee except where modified by the project plans and specifications.
The Grantee will adjust the temporary Work Area fencing as much as possible to allow car display along the S
3rd Street and Rainier Ave. S frontage on the weekends.
This permit shall become effective upon execution by the Grantor from date hereof,and shall continue for two
(2)years.

Adjustment No. LLA-010-82, recorded under Rec. No. 8211239011, records of King
County lying southerly and easterly of the following described line;
Beginning at a point on the easterly boundary of said Lot, said point being 114.13 feet
northerly of the southeast corner thereof;
Thence S 67°43'27" W a distance of 101.3 feet;
Thence S 87°30'44" W a distance of 45.86 feet;
Thence S 65°55'13" W a distance of 64.8 feet to a point on the southwesterly boundary
