No collection action should be taken to collect a $250.00 fee issued with a Finding of Violation
for City of Renton Code Compliance case # CODE21-000313, Andrzej + Aleksandra Wnek and
dated August 3, 2021. The fee waiver is requested because of the violation is in compliance
and the tenant's lawnmower was broken. Mr. Wnek tried to set an appeal date but it was not
received in a timely manner.
