The City of Renton’s Department of Community and Economic Development (CED) has received an application for
an Environmental (SEPA) Review, Preliminary Planned Urban Development approval, and Final Planned Urban
Development approval located at 617 Williams Ave S (APN 1723059069; 1723059136; 1823059115; 1823059282).
Please see the enclosed Notice of Application for further details.
In order to process this application, CED needs to know which Renton schools would be attended by children living
in residences at the location indicated above. Please fill in the appropriate schools on the list below and return
this letter to my attention by emailing me at amorganroth@rentonwa.gov or mailing to City of Renton, CED,
Planning Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington 98057, by July 13, 2021.
