No color requirement. We would recommend something like the yellow ones as people tend to drive
into these things all the time, as such would not recommend dark colors.

Appreciate it, thanks Corey. I think those will work great. Looks like the manufacturer offers different
colors – do you have a color preference/requirement?
Thanks,
Alex

Alex,
This is an example of a collapsible bollard we approve for use on a case by case basis if they want to
propose something like this. See link below.

This is a similar one we used once in the past, it operates with a fire hydrant wrench.

Corey,
Can we connect sometime this week to discuss what options may be available for this?
Thanks,
Anjela

Subject: Bollards at Watershed Apartments
Hi Anjela,
Per our conversation at the ERC meeting the other week, I wanted to reach out to see if we could figure
out a way to utilize bollards for the secondary fire access at the Watershed Apartments. The bollards are
shown in two locations along the west side of the site and are labeled “17” on the site plan. The
applicant (and CED) is open to any type of bollard design that will allow for easy pedestrian access to be
maintained, as secondary fire access will also serve as a pedestrian through-way connecting S Grady
Way to the Burnett Linear Park. If you need anything else or have any other questions about the project,
please let me know.
Thank you very much!
Alex
