Multiple intersections are at capacity and will require capacity improvements to facilitate the site traffic. Improved signage, signal phasing changes, lane reassignment/re-striping, roundabout installation, and site access improvements are recommended. The facility is expected to generate a total of 3,129 trips per day (232 Associate, 32 Trucks, and 2,149 Flex vehicles). The table below summarizes site traffic expected during the typical peak commuting periods. Scenarios & Assumptions All site approvals, build out, and full operation of the delivery station are anticipated before the end of 2025. Per the City of Renton, 23 intersections were studied under AM and PM peak hour conditions.
