The applicant shall provide evidence to the Current Planning Project Manager that the existing single-family residence on the property has been removed prior to submitting the final short plat document for recording. Comments: A demotion permit for the existing house was issued on 7/22/2019 and deemed completed on 7/31/2019. 2. The applicant shall provide a joint use driveway with a single curb cut onto NE 14th St. The joint use driveway shall be shown on the civil construction plans to be reviewed and approved by the Current Planning Project Manager prior to issuance of the construction permit. Comments: The joint use driveway as identified on the Civil Construction Plans (Civil Permit C19000481) approved on 10/18/2019 and was identified as completed in the field on 9/16/2021. 3. The applicant shall submit a map with the civil construction permit application that identifies a safe walking route from the subject property to McKnight Middle School and the two bus stops for Kennydale Elementary and Hazen High. Any safe walking gaps along the route shall be improved by the applicant. The map and any needed improvements shall be reviewed and approved by the Current Planning Project Manager prior to issuance of the civil construction permit. Comments: A safe walking route to McKnight Middle School and the two bus stops for Kennydale Elementary and Hazen High was provided to the City and approved on 1/02/2020. Page 1 of 1
