I have concerns about how a road will cut through the area, given the retaining wall and slope currently there. In addition, the Shamrock Heights community is already having issues with traffic and parking. This will limit parking in our neighborhood and add traffic, which I do not support. Finally, I have concerns about water impacts. We get heavy rains and our water runoff system frequently gets overwhelmed - this would add to the problem. Overall, the impacts to our infrastructure are unacceptable. We want to be good neighbors but this will negatively impact many people and only benefit one family.
