The lot#2 border with NE 6th has an engineered retaining wall the length of the border. The changes to make a driveway from NE 6th to the lot will require significant grading and engineering to ensure the road remains safe, and significant drainage issues do not occur on neighboring properties. In addition the slope that cars would come out of this driveway means they will not see pedestrians and cars on the road easily till the last second. In order to properly give feedback and acceptance I feel a more complete proposal is needed. 2. The lot has already been an eyesore and had garbage spilling out on Nile ave many times. I do not want the same to occur on NE 6th.
