Comments
I disagree with this modification to our neighborhood. This will
increase traffic in a pedestrian traffic neighborhood, cause issues with
the surrounding areas and drainage, etc. and with these properties not
even contributing to HOA it seems unfair to allow access to the
neighborhood and amenities.
