I am voicing my opposition to the proposed plan of building entrance from 6th st. The owners of the land will not be part of the HOA created for Shamrock heights community, but having the entrance through 6th st will make it easy for them to use the facilities like park, walkways, etc maintained by the HOA. Drainage and lot maintenance has been a problem with the land plot for long and need to be addressed..
