To The City of Renton,
I am writing to confirm compliance with all conditions of plat approval. Every condition
of approval has been met with the assistant of multiple licensed personnel, such as
contractors, surveyor, engineer, landscape architect, arborist, and the City of Renton
staffs. I look forward to building a better community in the City of Renton.
1. Revised landscape: A revised landscape plan was included and approved with the civil
construction permit. Landscaping has been installed and inspected.
2. The revised landscape plan submitted is in compliance with the minimum tree density
requirements for each lot. The landscape plan have been reviewed and approved.
3. Lot 2 will take access off of the emergency turnaround tract. A “No Parking” sign
have been installed on each side of the pavement within the turnaround.
4. The approved setback variance only apply to existing structure in its current location.
There will be no further additions or expansions to the structure.
5. A revised landscape plan was submitted. Landscape has been installed between the
existing shared driveway and the neighboring property to the east. Landscape have been
inspected and approved.
6. A shared maintenance agreement for equal ownership and maintenance responsibilies
for improvements in Tract A was included on the face of the plat. A draft version has
been sent for review.
7. A construction bond was sent and received by the City of Renton upon re-application
of civil construction permit. I am currently obtaining the 2 year maintenance bond and
will send in as soon as I receive it.
8. The existing on-site fence have been revised, inspected, and approved.
