Tina Harris, Domestic Violence Victim Advocate, accepted the proclamation with appreciation. COUNCIL CONCUR Mayor’s Office April Alexander 4.a) PUBLIC HEARING 2022-2027 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program: This being the date set, and proper notices having been posted and published in accordance with local and State laws, Mayor Pavone opened the public hearing to consider the 2022-2027 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). COUNCIL CONCUR ESD Jason Seth Sandi Weir 7.b) CONSENT AGENDA AB - 2957 Mayor Pavone recommended adoption of an ordinance adding Juneteenth (June 19th) as a City holiday, and clarifying which work days holidays are observed. REFER TO FINANCE COMMITTEE Mayor’s Office HRRM April Alexander Ellen Bradley-Mak Kim Gilman 7.c) CONSENT AGENDA AB - 2955 Community & Economic Development Department recommended appointing Scott Lane, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, to fill a vacant position on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee. COUNCIL CONCUR CED Chip Vincent Amanda Askren Jessie Kotarski Danielle Marshall 7.d) CONSENT AGENDA AB - 2959 Equity, Housing, and Human Services Department recommended approval of the 2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) grant agreement (subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney Department) with King County, to accept an estimated $423,270 (after contractual set-asides covering King County administration and human services program costs), and recommended allocating those funds as follows: 1) Planning and Administration: $72,978, and 2) Public Facilities and Improvements Program: $350,292. REFER TO FINANCE COMMITTEE EHHS Preeti Shridhar Guy Williams Dianne Utecht Linda Moschetti 8.a) UNFINISHED BUSINESS Transportation Committee Chair McIrvin presented a report concurring in the staff recommendation to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to: 1. Approve the annual updates to the 2022-2027 Six- Year Transportation Improvement Program. 2. Set October 4, 2021 as the public hearing date for the 2022-2027 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program. 3. Present the Resolution for reading and adoption. COUNCIL CONCUR IN THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION Public Works – Transportation Martin Pastucha Jim Seitz Vangie Garcia Heather Gregersen 8.b) UNFINISHED BUSINESS Utilities Committee Chair Benedetti presented a report concurring in the staff recommendation to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 6 to CAG-17-050 with RH2 Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $520,826 for design services for the Lift Station and Force Main Rehabilitation Group 1 Facilities - Predesign Project. COUNCIL CONCUR IN THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION Public Works – Utilities Martin Pastucha Ron Straka 9.a) Resolution: Resolution No. 4447: A resolution was read updating and extending Renton's six-year Transportation Improvement Program for 2022-2027.
