Proposed Construction Dates:
Construction will begin and end winter of 2021/2022.
Hours of Operation:
Construction activities will take place generally Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Proposed Haul Route:
North on Rainier Ave. S. from either I-405 or SR 167. Rainier Ave. N. to Airport Way.
Airport Way to E. Perimeter Road. E. Perimeter Road northwest to site.
Measures to be implemented to minimize dust, traffic and transportation impacts, erosion,
mud noise and other noxious characteristics:
As the scope of work is limited to the demolition of existing structures, the risk of erosion will
be minimal. All construction equipment will meet State noise and emission standards and
construction will be limited to daylight hours. All construction activities will be conducted on-
site.
