PROTECTIVE COVENANT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that GLACIER PARK COMPANY,

r a corporation, as the owner of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 23 North, Range 5, E.W.M. ,
Renton, King County, Washington, except the north 30 feet and the
west 20 feet thereof, does hereby establish the mutual, protective
covenant hereinafter set forth, which said covenant shall attach
to and shall pass with said real property and each and every part
and parcel thereof, and shall be binding upon the purchaser or
i' purchasers of any part thereof and his or their heirs , assigns ,

successors , devisees and administrators.
I.
No structure or building shall be located within 100 feet
of the easterly margin of said property.
II.
The foregoing shall not prevent the use of the easterly
100 feet of said property for streets , railroad rights of way, or
pedestrian, vehicular and utility access ways.
III.
The restriction set out in Paragraph I hereof shall remain
in force and effect until December 31, 1975.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instru-
ment to be executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal
