COVER ALL AREAS THAT WILL BE UNWORKED FOR MORE THAN SEVEN DAYS DURING THE DRY SEASON OR TWO DAYS DURING THE WET SEASON WITH STRAW, WOOD THEN MULCH, COMPOST, PLASTIC SHEETING OR EQUIVALENT. 12.
