a Itcensed civil engirreer registered in the state of 1lUashington who has expertise in drainage to i

the V1,'ork. After th�deacf6'sn� has passed, the(?wners shalf al(ow the City access ta re-Pns�zeet
the drainage fiacilities unless an engineer's report has been provided verifying completion of �<
the Work. If the Work is not comp9eted within the time frame set by the City, the City may ''
