NOTICE OF PLANNED FINAL ACTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Renton City Council will, at its public meeting on the 8th day
of November, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., conduct its first reading, and at its public meeting on the 15th
day of November, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., conduct its second reading, and consider and take final
action whether to authorize by ordinance, legal proceedings if necessary to acquire by
condemnation certain real property interests in the following subject properties for road
improvements. The subject properties are identified as follows:

Both the first and second readings as well as final action, will occur at City Hall Council Chambers,
located at 1055 S. Grady Way, Renton, Washington.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons interested may appear through Zoom at such time
and be heard regarding the proposed ordinance.
Agenda items are subject to change up to and including the time of the meetings; items may be
added or dropped. Please call the City Clerk (425) 430‐6510 for a copy of the Agenda. The
agendas are also available on the City's website at: www.rentonwa.gov. Public meetings are
accessible to all members of the public through Zoom.
SPECIAL NOTICE: Due to the COVID‐19 pandemic, Councilmembers are attending this meeting
remotely through Zoom. Audience comments will be accommodated through Zoom, but the
public is requested is to sign up for such testimony by calling 425‐430‐6501 or emailing
cityclerk@rentonwa.gov or jsubia@rentonwa.gov by 10 a.m. on the day of the meeting. The
public may also submit comments in writing to cityclerk@rentonwa.gov by 5 p.m. on the day of
the meeting.

Those providing audience comments will be limited to five (5) minutes per speaker unless an
exception is granted by the Council. Attendees will be muted and not audible to the Council
except during times they are designated to speak. Advance instructions for how to address the
Council will be provided for those who sign up in advance to speak and again during the meeting.
