Car Club Redevelopment - Amazon Go
The site is the location of a former used car dealership that is no longer in
operation. The proposed development will include a new building measuring
approximately 3,500 sq. ft. with surface parking and associated site improvements.
The development will be accessed from Rainer Ave South and SW Sunset Blvd. No
existing parking on site. 24 proposed new parking stalls. No wetlands or critical
areas on site.
Per King County tax records the property measures 39,174 sq. ft. and is zoned CA
(Commercial Arterial) by the City of Renton.
