THE APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT A LANDSCAPING PLAN WITH THE CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION THAT PROVIDES LANDSCAPING IN ALL NEW ISLANDS THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE INTERIOR PARKING LOT LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS IN RMC 4-4-070.H.5.
