Dear Mr. Paget
Transmitted herewith is the information relating to the
City of Renton's Capital Improvement Program.
I have not, with one exception, included any cost for the
development of existing areas. Hopefully, this can be
funded by other means and, for the most part, at this
point in time it is deemed advisable to concentrate on
the acquisition of properties.
At the present time it is estimated that development
costs for existing areas is $1 ,540,000 excluding the
proposed activity center to be located on an existing
19-acre tract, centrally located, and on which the
present City Hall now stands.
Yours truly,
Gene L. Coulon
