The City of Renton’s Department of Community and Economic Development (CED) has received an application for
a Development Agreement and change of use located at 1150 Oaksdale Ave SW (APN 9188000148). Please see
the enclosed Notice of Application for further details.
In order to process this application, CED needs to know which Renton schools would be attended by children living
in residences at the location indicated above. Please fill in the appropriate schools on the list below and return
this letter to my attention by emailing me at cclose@rentonwa.gov or mailing to City of Renton, CED, Planning
Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington 98057, by November 22, 2021.

Middle School: Dimmitt Middle School Bus Stop Location: See comment below
High School: Renton High School Bus Stop Location: See comment below
Will the schools you have indicated be able to handle the impact of the additional students estimated to come
from the proposed development? Yes X No
Any Comments: There is no current bus stop in this area as it is not a residential area. As any student that
ended up living in this facility would be considered displaced per the McKinney Vento Act. The district would
provide transportation to comply with any McKinney Vento eligible students on an as needed basis.
