REFER TO FINANCE COMMITTEE Municipal Court & HRRM Bonnie Woodrow Ellen Bradley-Mak 5.h) CONSENT AGENDA AB - 3001 Parks & Recreation Department recommended approval of a grant agreement, with the Washington State Department of Commerce (2019 Local and Community Project Grant #19-96616-020), in order to accept $1,455,000 in grant funds to be used to reimburse construction costs for the Family First Community Center. COUNCIL CONCUR Public Works – Maintenance Martin Pastucha Mike Stenhouse 6.a) UNFINISHED BUSINESS Utilities Committee Chair Benedetti presented a report concurring in the staff recommendation to approve the 2022 King County wastewater treatment charge pass through rate increase of four percent to match King County’s adopted rate and clarify city sewer rates. The Committee further recommended that an ordinance be prepared to amend Chapter 5, Sewer of Title VIII (Health and Sanitation) of City Code and be presented for first reading.
