Therefore, a virtual/telephonic Public Hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on November 30, 2021 at 11:00am by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application, which includes a toll-free phone-in option, to consider the following petition. The public is highly encouraged to attend the meeting by using one of the methods listed below. The scope will be limited to whether the shoreline setback variance should be approved if the other three variance requests of LUA21- 000025 have been approved. PERMITS/REVIEW REQUESTED: Shoreline Exemption Review, Shoreline Variance Review, Adminisrative Variance Review PUBLIC HEARING: City Facilities are currently closed due to the ongoing state of emergency enacted by Governor’s Proclamation 20-05 therefore, a virtual/telephonic public hearing is tentatively scheduled for November 30, 2021 at 10:00AM before the Renton Hearing Examiner by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application which includes a phone-in option. Alternatively, written comments can be submitted to: cityclerk@rentonwa.gov. All written statements must be submitted by 5:00 PM on the day prior of the Public Hearing. Anyone who submits written comments will automatically become a party of record and will be notified of any decision on this project.
