SIGNING AUTHORIZATION
(KJN—GRE Projects)
The undersigned, the manager or managers of the limited liability companies listed on
Exhibit A attached hereto (each, an "Owner Entity" and collectively, the "Owner Entities")
hereby authorize and empower Kelli Jo Norris, as Authorized Signatory, to execute and deliver
on behalf of each Owner Entity, all tenant leases, service and supply contracts and other
contracts, agreements and documents as may be necessary or appropriate in connection with the
leasing, operation and management of the multifamily apartment project owned by each Owner
Entity or its affiliate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this authorization does not extend to
financing secured by any asset of an Owner Entity, contracts with terms in excess of five (5)
years or easements that encumber any asset of an Owner Entity (the "Manager -Reserved
Matters"), and the managers reserve the exclusive authority to execute contracts, agreements and
documents that bind the Owner Entities with respect to Manager -Reserved Matters.
All prior acts of the Owner Entities and Ms. Norris with respect to the foregoing are
hereby ratified and confirmed.
