Phasing:
The goal is to always have the DT open in some form. Because
we have the ability to demo curbs and pour new DT on
the northern part of the site, we should be able to make
all transitions on Saturday evening/Sunday for Monday
green light. We will make sure we have clear signage,
striping, and delineation to keep traffic flow moving.
All vehicles will have the same access as they currently do.
Once we are ready to transfer from current DT to new DT
the access point on Rainier will change. The access point
will be a little more north, and then we will close off the
current access point to finish Phase 4.

How will circulation through the site work
during construction? Once the driveway on
Rainier is closed, will vehicles be forced to
access the site to/from the signal at S 3rd

with yourself or TENW to explain. To reiter-
ate, it is our goal to always have the DT
open and street access open.
