RE: Verizon Cell on Wheels (COW) at Bryant Motors Temporary Use Permit LUA21-
000102 TP
Dear Alex,
I am writing to request a 180 day extension of the Temporary Use Permit for the Verizon
Cedar River COW at Bryant Motors - Temporary Use Permit LUA21- 000102. The
CISC site is no longer a viable choice and Verizon is diligently pursuing an alternative
permanent site in the City of Renton that would provide the needed coverage and
capacity the Bryant Motors site currently provides for the Verizon Network. A detailed
site plan and photosims are with the landlord for approval and the Verizon team
anticipates it will take 12 months to get the new site built and on air. This alternate site
has an existing pole to collocate on.
Please extend the TUP for an additional 6 months. I have discussed the landscaping issue
with Verizon for the existing site and they have agreed to replace the dead vegetation and
make sure the site is cleaned up, which I am sure will be a condition to extending the
permit.
Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or need more information.
Best regards,
