Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed is the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the above referenced project. The permit was
issued by the City of Renton Hearing Examiner on August 25, 2021. A Determination of Non-Significance
-Mitigated was issued by the City’s Environmental Review Committee on June 17, 2021. The appeal period
ended August 1, 2021, no appeals of the threshold determination were filed.
We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173-27-130.
