QUALIFICATIONS: LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR TO BE SKILLED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE FIELD OF WORK AND HAVE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) YEAR'S EXPERIENCE INSTALLING SIMILAR WORK. CONTRACTOR TO BE LICENSED TO PERFORM THE WORK SPECIFIED WITHIN THE PRESIDING JURISDICTION. JOB CONDITIONS: IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THE SITE AND REPORT ANY DISCREPANCIES TO THE OWNER OR THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVES.
