MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY: Afl owners of lots abutting or which include this Native Vegetation Protection Area are responsible for maintenance and protection of the Easement Area. Maintenance includes ensuring that na alteration by such Grantor occurs , within the easement and that all vegetation remains undisturbed by Grantor without the express, prior ', written authorization of the City. This easement shall run with the land described herein and shall be binding upon the Grantor as the owner � of the Grantor Property,its heirs,and all successor owners of the Grantor Property. Grantor covenants that it is the lawful owner of the Grantor Property described on Exhibit A and that it has a good and lawful right to execute this easement.
