representative of The Seattle Times Company, publisher of The
Seattle Times of general circulation published daily in King and
Snohomish Counties, State of Washington. The Seattle Times has
been approved as a legal newspaper by orders of the Superior Court of
King and Snohomish Counties.
The notice, in the exact form annexed, was published in the regular
and entire issue of said paper or papers and distributed to its

Plan is the City of Renton's short-term
strategy for Increasing housing opt Ions
and affordability In the community to
help achieve Its vision of a more
vibrant, Inclusive, and equ Roble
future. The Plan is the outcome of a
review of the community's housing
needs and oblectIves, an evaluation of
existing strategies to understand asps,
and recommendations of Renton -spe-
cific solutions. The strategies Included
in this Plan build on the Clty's exlsting
efforts to expand housing options and
will help proactively guide the City's
actions over the next five years. It sets
a policy direction for the City's review
Of and updates to land use Policies, pro-
grams, and reg ulotions that set the
stage for housing Production and
preservation in the medium and long
term.
A 14-day appeal period will follow the
Issuance of the DNS.
