Mr. Sullivan,
Thank you for your comments. I apologize for the delay in responding, however we had been working
with the applicant to revise their plans to comply with City requirements. You have been added as a
party of record for this project, as a party of record you will receive copies of City correspondence and
any decisions issued on this project. I have included your comments in the official file for consideration
by the decision maker.
Just to clarify the public notice process, as you noted that work has commenced on this property
without public notice, a notice of application and public comment period is required for a short plat
application, however public notice and public comment is not required for the issuance of building
permits for single family residential projects.
Thank you,
JILL DING, Senior Planner

We live in Shamrock Heights, in the Renton Highlands and wish to contest its progress for failure to work
in good standing our neighbourhood's Homeowner's Association.
I as homeowner of 626 Mt Baker Ave whos property borders the property in question, are highly
concerned and troubled by the suddenness of the notice of these actions.
Its been well over 15 months that development and construction movement has been taking place
without any notices.. or at least any signage that reflected the scope of work ie: permits, easements and
encroachments into and onto our propertys.
Thank you
John Sullivan
