I apologize for the delay in responding, however we had been working with the applicant to revise their plans to comply with City requirements. You have been added as a party of record for this project, as a party of record you will receive copies of City correspondence and any decisions issued on this project. I have included your comments in the official file for consideration by the decision maker. Your comments included concerns with regards to property maintenance, and access to NE 6th St: 1. Any concerns regarding existing property maintenance should be forwarded to our code compliance department at codecompliance@rentonwa.gov for their review. 2. There may be one or two street parking spaces that would be impacted as a result of the new driveway access off of NE 6th St, however we have reviewed the proposed layout and determined that access off of NE 6th St is the only feasible access available for the proposed short plat.
