Thank you for your comments. I apologize for the delay in responding, however we had been working with the applicant
to revise their plans to comply with City requirements. You have been added as a party of record for this project, as a
party of record you will receive copies of City correspondence and any decisions issued on this project. I have included
your comments in the official file for consideration by the decision maker.
Your comments included concerns with regards to safety concerns:
1. With regards to children playing in the street, the primary function of the street is for vehicular access, due to
potential safety concerns, the City would not advise that children be permitted to play in the street.
