1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Shun Takano called the meeting to order at 4:37pm.
2. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Al Dieckman, Tim Searing, Shun Takano, Troy Wigestrand, and Marlene Winter
Members Absent: Cynthia Burns, Larry Reymann
City Staff Present: Kelly Beymer, Community Services Administrator; Leslie Betlach, Parks Planning and
Natural Resources Director; Cailín Hunsaker, Parks and Trails Director; Erica Schmitz, Parks Planning
Manager, and Roberta Graver Administrative Assistant
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Marlene Winter motioned to approve the agenda as presented, motioned seconded, all in favor, motion
carried.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Marlene Winter motioned to approve the November 9, 2021, minutes as presented, motion seconded, all in
favor, motion carried.
5. DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS
a. No official business took place.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Tim Searing motioned to adjourn; motion seconded, all in favor, motion carried. Adjourned at 4:38pm.
