ASSIGNMENT OF EASEMENT
REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE to that certain easement recorded September 19, 2014, under
recording #20140919000948, granted by lufie Anna Foster to Andrew Michael Construction
LLC ("Sewer Easement"), over, under, through, across and upon that certain real property
owned by Julie Anna Foster and described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by
this reference.
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, Andrew
Michael Construction LLC, Grantor herein, grants, conveys, and assigns all of its rights,
benefits, priviteges, title and interest in and to the Sewer Easement, together with any
improvements and appurtenances thereon and thereto owned by Grantor, to the City of
Renton. The City of Renton, Grantee herein, hereby irrevocably accepts and assumes all
right,title and interest in and to the Sewer Easement and all obligations thereunder.
