Please find attached Action Notification form and Stormwater Information form to support review of the
above referenced project. The form includes reference to the Technical Information Report providing
additional information regarding proposed stormwater management for the project, which is too large
to include as email attachment and is available from the following link:

The Renton Housing Authority will be receiving federal funds for the project listed above from the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Under HUD regulation 24 CFR 58.4, the City of
Renton (City) has assumed HUD’s environmental review responsibilities for the project, including Section
7 ESA consultation.
