HomeMy WebLinkAboutAdden 1THISAMENDMENT,datedforreferencepurposesonlyasDecember14,2021,isbyandbetweentheCityofRenton(the“City”),aWashingtonmunicipalcorporation,andPugetSoundEnergy,Inc.(“Permittee”),aWashingtonpublicutilitycorporation.TheCityandthePermitteearereferredtocollectivelyinthisAmendmentasthe“Parties.”OncefullyexecutedbytheParties,thisAmendmentiseffectiveasofthelastdatesignedbybothparties.Whereas,theCityengagedtheservicesofthePermitteeunderAgreementPAG-21-004,datedSeptember3,2021,toprovidenecessaryservicesforthepurposeofperformingpowerpoleservicereplacements(referred tohereinasthe“Agreement”);Whereas,thePartieswishtoamendtheAgreementtochangethetimeforperformanceinordertoremoveandreplaceexistingtransmissionwireoftheEnergizeEastsidetransmissionlinetoaddresselectricalsystem deficiencies identifiedduringfederally-requiredplanningstudies.NOWTHEREFORE,It ismutuallyagreeduponthatPAG-21-004isamendedasfollows:1.TimeofPerformance:Section3,ConditionsofRight-of-Entry,isamendedpursuanttothisAmendmentassetforthintheAgreement.AllWorkshallbeperformedbynolaterthanJune30,2022.2.AlltermsoftheAgreementnotexplicitlymodifiedhereinshallremaininfullforceandeffectandsuchtermsshallapplytoWorkperformedaccordingtothisAmendmentasiffullysetforth herein.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thePartieshavevoluntarilyenteredintothisAmendmentasofthe datelast signedbythePartiesbelow.CITYOFRENTONPUGETSOUNDENERGY, INC.By:_________________Aame:iLTitleAMENDMENTNO.110AGREEMENTPAG-21-004FORPERMISSIONFORRIGHT-OF-ENTRYTOCEDARRIVERTRAILKellyBeymrUAdministrator,Parks&RecreationDepartmentPAG-21-004, Adden #1-22 tttct_1%-a__DateDateApprovedastoLegalFormBy:___________________________ShaneMoloneyCityAttorney0PAGE2OF2(approved via email from Cheryl Beyer)
