NOTICE SENT TO ALL PETITIONERS RE: REQUEST FOR VACATION OF PORTION OF
STREET IN NORTH RENTON AS described below. (Notices to be
mailed after spur question is settled.)

Dear Sirs: This is to advise you that your request for vaca-
tion of "all that part of Houser Way (formerly Railroad Ave-
nue) in the City of Renton, Washington, lying between the
north line of Bronson Way and the south line of Brooks Avenue
extended" was rejected by the Renton City Council on October
13th as this right-of-way, being only 35 feet wide, was a
part of tentative plans for a traffic system in this area.

Dear Sir:
I enclose herewith petition of all of the property
owners, owning property abutting on Hauser Way between the
north line of Bronson Way and the south line of Brooks Avenue
extended, seeking vacation of that portion of Hauser Way on
which their properties abut.
I have discussed this matter with representatives of
the City Engineering Department, and they express no objection
to the vacation provided the City was permitted to continue the
maintenance of its present water main, and you will note that
this right is expressly reserved in the petition.
I would appreciate your submitting this petition to
the City Council. If you or any of the City officials deem
it advisable, I will be glad to appear at the meeting at which
this petition will be considered, if you will give me notice of
the time and place of the meeting.

IN THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
COME NOW the undersigned owners of all the property abutting
on that portion of Hauser Way (formerly named Railroad Avenue) in the
City of Renton, Washington, described below, and petition the City of
Renton to make vacation of the following described portion of Hauser
Way, to-wit:
All that part of Hauser Way (formerly Railroad Avenue)
in the City of Renton, Washington, lying between the

SAVING and RESERVING, however, to the owners thereof, their successors
