How will circulation through the site work
during construction? Once the driveway on
Rainier is closed, will vehicles be forced to
access the site to/from the signal at S 3rd
Place?All vehicles will have the same access
as they currently do. Once we are ready to
transfer from current DT to new DT the ac-
cess point on Rainier will change. The ac-
cess point will be a little more north, and
then we will close off the current access
point to finish Phase 4. I can hope on a call
with yourself or TENW to explain. To reiter-
ate, it is our goal to always have the DT
open and street access open.
