ALL CABLES INSTALLED BY THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE LABELED IN EACH JUNCTION BOX, VAULT, AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLER CABINET. 5. ANY EXISTING PULL ROPE OR PULL TAPE USED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF NEW CABLING SHALL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW PULL TAPE OF THE TYPE DESCRIBED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS. 6. ALL EXISTING UTILITIES SHALL BE LOCATED AND MARKED IN THE FIELD BEFORE PERFORMING ANY UNDERGROUND WORK. CARE SHALL BE EXERCISED WHEN EXCAVATING, TRENCHING OR BORING NEAR EXISTING UTILITIES. 7.
