3. BASIS OF BEARING: HELD THE BEARING OF N 89'04'11" W BETWEEN THE ABOVE NOTED BASIS OF POSITION THE
FOUND MONUMENT IN CASE AT THE INTERSECTION OF BURNETT AVE N AND N 35TH STREET.
THIS SURVEY HOLDS THE BLOCK BREAKDOWN FROM RECORD OF SURVEY AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 136 OF SURVEYS,
PAGE 270, RECORDS OF KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON. A ROTATION OF-0'55'49" WAS APPLIED TO RECORD OF SURVEY
TO BE ON THE ABOVE NOTED HORIZONTAL DATUM.
4. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WAS ALSO REFERENCED IN PREPARING THE BOUNDARY SHOWN HERE ON:
A) RECORD OF SURVEY AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 156 OF SURVEYS, PAGE 256, RECORDS OF KING COUNTY,
WASHINGTON.
B) RECORD OF SURVEY AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 185 OF SURVEYS, PAGE 298, RECORDS OF KING COUNTY,

MASTER BENCHMARK: CITY OF RENTON BENCHMARK #1836 - FOUND CONCRETE MONUMENT WITH 1/8" BRASS
PLUG IN CASE AT THE INTERSECTION OF BURNETT AVE N AND N 30TH STREET. ELEVATION = 120.03 FEET
SITE BM #1: FOUND MAG NAIL WITH WASHER 1.9 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH EDGE OF PAVEMENT OF N 35TH STREET,
OPPOSITE THE WEST EDGE OF DRIVEWAY EXTENDED SOUTH (SEE MAP FOR LOCATION). ELEVATION = 160.10 FEET
6. TRAVERSING AND DATA COLLECTION WERE PERFORMED USING A SPECTRA AND/OR TRIMBLE 5 SECOND TOTAL
STATION. ALL FIELD WORK WAS PERFORMED AND EQUIPMENT MAINTAINED, IN COMPLIANCE WITH WAC 332-130.
ADDITIONAL FIELD WORK WAS PERFORMED USING SPECTRA SP-80 GNSS POSITIONING SYSTEMS, THE WASHINGTON STATE
REFERENCE NETWORK, AND/OR THE NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY'S ONLINE POSITIONING USER SERVICE (OPUS).
7. ALL DISTANCES SHOWN HEREON ARE GROUND DISTANCES.
8. TOPOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SHOWN HEREON ARE THE RESULT OF A SURVEY BY ENCOMPASS, COMPLETED ON MAY
20, 2021.
9. THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF A TITLE REPORT. OTHER EASEMENTS AND
