Thank you for your initial comments related to the Kennydale Gateway mixed use development project (LUA22-000011)
wherein you raised concerns regarding the proposed project. Your letter has been included in the official project file and
you have been made a party of record. The City of Renton is scheduled to place the project on hold and will ask the
applicant to address your comments associated with the project’s SEPA Environmental Checklist.
